Buy Hydrogen Generator Fuel Saver Device or program your own?

When I heard about your car running on water and mineral water for the use of gas, I can admit I was skeptical. If it were possible to install a simple hydrogen generator and turn your car into a hybrid of hot water, because if I had not already heard?
