The HY3100S is a gasoline silent generator that supplies a max output of 3,000 watts and continuous output of 2,800 watts. This generator is covered by a frame for better protection and comes with a large muffler to reduce noise harmful effects. The fuel tank capacity is 3.17 (g) and the method of starting involves a recoil. The control panel on the generator includes 2 sockets, a DC output 12v, voltmeter, 30mA circuit breaker, and an hour meter. All products meet EPA requirements. I recieved the Generator on the first of April. I put the required fluids in. I started the Generator and everything was fine. I tested the Generator with a Hair BLOW dryer and it passed the test with no problem. We had our local Tulip Festival and the generator was used on one of the floats. “20″ Minutes into the parade the Generator FAILED. We were able to get the unit started again, however it would not produce electricity.
The Real issue came up when there was NOWHERE and NO ONE in North America that is a “SMALL’ Hyundai generator dealer.
Amazon did make it right with us after several phone calls.
